The series B share of Net Insight has been unofficially quoted since March 24 1997. Trading in the share today occurs via the Reuter system, with Nordiska Fondkommission as the market maker. During 1998 the average turnover was at approximately 10,000 shares per day.
Recently, the company has launched its own network products, Nimbra One, with its related access device, Nimbra 101. The Nimbra family has been designed for the growing Internet traffic and to provide unique support for new services such as telephony and video over the Internet. The Nimbra products reduce both capital and operational costs considerably thanks to the fact that they constitute an all-in-one solution, as well as through being very simple to manage and operate.

Enskilda Securities are acting as advisors in conjunction with the listing. The smallest block of shares for trading will be at 100. The shares, of series B, will be listed on the O list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange from June 7 1999.
