Bo Dimert to join the Net Insight Board of Directors

Bo Dimert has been offered and has accepted a place on the board of Net Insight, the network company listed on the OM Stockholm Exchange O-list. The election of Bo Dimert is planned to take place at today´s Annual General Meeting. The proposal is supported by shareholders with a shareholding corresponding to a majority of the votes in the company.

"With his strong presence in the telecommunications industry and his international experience, having held leading positions at IBM, Digital Equipment and Ericsson - the latest being the head of Ericsson´s US operations - Bo Dimert represents a strong addition to the on-going work of developing Net Insight into a leading network company", says Bengt Olsson, CEO of Net Insight.
