• Encapsulation of services using the DTM (Dynamic synchronous Transfer Mode) technology to ETSI standards. This enables 100% QoS and maximum resource utilization thanks to the reservation of channel bandwidth with minimum overhead.
• An innovative single-hierarchy switching solution with 0.5 Mbps granularity and efficient multicasting. All Nimbra switches from the smallest access elements to the highest capacity core nodes support full connectivity, maximum granularity, and any combination of unicast and multicast connections.
• A built-in control plane providing automatic neighbor and topology discovery and dynamic routing. This enables services to be provisioned in a simple one step process and automatically rerouted in case of failures.
