I’m very pleased to say that we have had a very successful start to 2010 at Net Insight. First of all, football is currently on everyone’s mind. We are proud that nine of our customers are present in South Africa using the Nimbra platform for live transmissions of SD, HD and even 3D live transmissions from the world’s most popular sporting event.
Some of our early successes this year include five new national build-outs of digital terrestrial television (DTT) networks. One of which is the world’s first roll-out of digital terrestrial TV based on IP with DVB-T2 offering better utilization of capacity, which can be used for HDTV and other value-adding services.
